We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

⏳ Return Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase or delivery date.

✅ Eligible Return Items

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

• Be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed

• Have all original tags still attached

• Be accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

• Final sale or marked-down items

• Undergarments, swimwear, and jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)

• Custom or personalized products

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once the return is approved (depends on your bank or card as well)
