CJ's Boutique offers full returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Sale items do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges. They are final sale.

In order to be eligible for a return, items purchased must be unused and in the same condition as the time of purchase, with tags still attached.

Other items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Some health and personal care items

After receiving a return, we must inspect the item(s) fully to ensure proper condition. We will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received it and another e-mail once we approve or reject the item(s). Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


CJ's Boutique ships Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We ship with USPS, and your item(s) will ship within 3 to 7 business days.
